Extremely satisfied! This is a family owned, close-knit company... I needed a replacement of a 39-year-old gas water heater. Elizabeth responded quickly to my call and was available at the times that best fit my availability. She came out to provide an estimate late Monday afternoon, and by Tuesday the new water heater was installed. Mike, the owner, was awesome. He did the installation himself and, while the job ended up being more involved than originally expected, he took care of everything with no additional charges. Elizabeth was awesome. She walked me through what to look out for in the case of a failing tank or other issue and was straightforward (for both good and bad news). She made me feel like I (finally) called the right place.
