This is a great eat workout the combines balance and strength! It has a clean and friendly environment! The instructors are very knowledgeable and can provide modifications if needed.

I am really enjoying club Pilates in Powell!! Was intimidated by the reformer, but becoming more comfortable with each class. As a planner, I like that all sessions have to be scheduled in advance. The classes combine stretching with flexibility, and the instructors are very accessible if you need to simplify a move. 50 minute classes feel like the perfect timeframe and I like that classes are offered at all times of the day. Highly recommend trying out one of the free classes to try it out!

Karien is just absolutely amazing. She's so knowledgeable and engaging with the class and really has a gift for explaining and coaching. She alone is worth the monthly membership cost. 10/10.
