Very disappointed. I've used these guys for several years. They always done excellent work. I usually had the same service guy & he was great. But we recently had a new ac installed. These guys had no respect for my home. They tracked mud & dirt everywhere. They even used an upholstered folding chair as a ladder when running the coolant lines. On top of all that,they broke the latch on the existing disconnect box. On the day of the install I had to work. My wife stayed home. After the installers showed up a guy called trying to sell us a furnace as well. This was after we agreed on the work to be done & the price. The owner came out late on a Friday night and basically rebuilt our system. Wonderful customer service!

Woke up to our heat out. 🥶 Called GHAC and that afternoon they had the issue repaired and our heat running again. Their tech was kind and knowledgeable. We have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future!
