Madison was so quick to say Hey when I came in (she did my nails and done an amazing job) the entire staff was a delight who definitely made you feel welcomed! I have found my salon for sure thank you ladies so much for your positive environment and professionalism ?

I was in Portsmouth for one day and had time to waste, so I stopped in Upper Cuts to see if I could get a cut. They got me right in and the lady did a fantastic job (I forget her name ?). Im very impressed with this company! ***** came out to do an inspection for possible bed bugs. He was very honest and I could feel how trustworthy he was. He was honest after doing a thorough inspection and let us know we did not actually have bed bugs (just tiny outdoor Beatles getting inside). He couldve given me a run for my money and lied but he was so kind and genuine. Definitely recommend!

Our little Harvey 1st time there ,he had been so nervous on way there but soon as he went in he started playing and running around. He is still a puppy and this was his 3rd cut. And it looks amazing. Place is so nice ,very clean and they are the nicest, even a report card with what all they done and how he did. Love this place. I’d give more stars if I could.
