My specialists did not send the correct paperwork for additional blood tests. The desk clerk actually called my specialist and my nurse practitioner who was off that day. The nurse practioner approved the additional tests. I cannot give enough praises for the nurse practioner Ryan Carpenter and the office staff to get all of this resolved within an hour. This is world class service!!!
Up front was great, the ladies were all very helpful and assisted me with some financial issues with a positive attitude- which totally helps when it's already uncomfortable feeling vulnerable due to sharing personal information.My only critique if I could have a voice would be for the nurses who greet you for vitals - would acknowledge or even participate in small talk, again just to feel comfortable.Doctor Ryan as always is great. Love the staff at CCH. I've been a patient for years, and I couldn't imagine another team being better than what they have .Excellent care, professional setting, knowledge, and experience in all fields provided.I'm lucky enough to know most of them on a more personal level and I can not say enough great things about everyone. Truly a fabulous team of providers!
