Aurora was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Kept me informed at all times. Left a spotless work area when the work was completed. Water heater was damaged due to flooding and was able to get it replaced on the same day I called. Also asked about an error message on my sump pump and she showed me how to clear the message by doing a reset. Very grateful because I thought it may need replaced as well. Would highly recommend.
