Abdias was extremely knowledgeable and taught me so much about the plumbing in my newly purchased home. I am very grateful for his patience in explaining everything related to my issue and more.
When it was time to fix the sewer gas smell in my home, Abdias and Owen came to replace the vent stack from the bathroom up through the second story. They found pipes that had disconnected and were quickly able to replace and repair the pipes. I'm extremely happy my issue was resolved and I will no longer be smelling sewer gas in my home.

Hunter came out to assess our 3 year old water heater that was completely rusted out. He explained everything and showed me pictures of the inside and determined it had to be replaced. He explained the warranty process for the new one and walked me through everything. While I wish I didn’t have to replace this again (our townships water quality is awful, even with a water softener), I’m glad I got a fair price with T&H.
Tony and Owen were exceptional! They performed a thorough maintenance check on my hot water tank and took the time to inspect everything carefully. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and explained what they were doing throughout the visit. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their honest recommendations without any pressure. It’s great to have technicians who take pride in their work and provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Tony and Owen for any plumbing or water heater maintenance needs!
