I am a current client here at Mercy Weight Management. I am following the nonsurgical option, using the HMR program. It is, by far, the best weight loss program I have ever tried, and have had more success than on any other program. The support provided by the instructor, Betty, as well as my classmates, is largely the reason for my success. If you are open to trying this nonsurgical option, and thrive on a highly structured system, I cannot recommend it enough.
