I went here because my BP was high. Everyone from the woman at the front desk to Angela He ry, APRN-CNP was amazing. The place was clean and I was in and out in no time! I would go back in a heartbeat!
The staff are great love doc Shania. The only issues I've had have been that nobody is there on weekends to even answer the phone. And if you work 9-5 good luck reaching them because they will shut the phone line down early if it's slow. Even if you call at 4:30. Personally I don't care for any of the staff of the walk in clinic but the staff for the primary doctors and the doctors themselves are wonderful.
I absolutely loved my first visit at this mercy primary care facility. Everything ran smoothly , everyone was so friendly. My doctor Jessica H. Was phenomenal, she took the time to get to know me & answer any questions and concerns that I have! Absolutely loved my visit & happy that I picked this facility. Highly recommend.
