Five stars just isn’t enough to do this company justice. I worked with Scott on the purchase of a kitchen faucet. He really knew his stuff and added so much value to the process of selecting the perfect fixture. He truly cared about my purchase and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Above and beyond- a refreshing experience to say the least. If you’re reading this review, you need to do business with this company. You’ll thank me later.

I came upon Maumee’s site when looking for a specific shower body part I couldn’t find in stock at the big boxes. I picked up the phone and spoke to them directly as I had a couple questions. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.I wouldn’t have found Maumee had the big boxes stores had what I needed. Now that I’ve found them I’ll skip the big boxes every time!

To whom it may Concern: I placed a special order with Maumee Plumbing and Heating Supply. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Williams. He went above and Beyond my expectations. He was extremely helpful, understanding, personable, caring and was able to meet his customers request. This was by far the BEST Customer Service experience I have ever experienced. I would also like to add prices were very good. I would 100% recommend Maumee Plumbing & Heating for any of your Plumbing and heating needs.
