Eric made sure his crew cut out and installed new decking so the membrane could adhere to a fresh surface while minimizing unnecessary pounding over that room. That level of consideration meant a lot to me.

They also properly addressed our low-slope 2/12 section with ice-and-water shield and shingles rather than just treating every section of the roof the same. Those little details gave me confidence that they weren’t simply trying to get the job done quickly, they were trying to get it done right.
