“I wanted to share my experience with Twin Improvements regarding a new roof and gutters. I called Chris based on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. I knew that our roof probably needed to be replaced based on some recent incidents like shingles popping off during a recent storm and a leak in one of the bathrooms coming from the exhaust fan. We have been in the house more than 15 years and I didn't know when the roof was last replaced.

I had Chris come by and take a look. I know nothing about roofs but he took the time to explain his concerns with our current roof and a few days later sent me a quote. His price was competitive, but I loved that he was not pushy and showed me lot of patience. He also found a way to save us a few bucks by reusing the front gutters which were only 6 years old.

It turns out that more than 1/3rd of the plywood on our house needed to be replaced besides the roof. I clearly recall Chris telling me that it felt like walking on a waterbed when he was on our roof. He knew what he was talking about!

Finally, I will add that we had a piece from the roof come down in our garage and he found someone to fix the ceiling damage and took care of the bill.
