Without disclosing any of my HIPPA rights, I would love for anyone reading this review to know that this is a great place to come and be cared for. My first encounter was with Sammie. She is amazing she listens and explains the process fully. She welcomed me with warmth. Liya is the nurse I talked to before the doctor. She made me feel less anxious. Her bedside manner is impeccable. BJ the provider was very knowledgeable and really listened and gave me great advice. This is a dream team. I felt so comfortable I signed up for PCP.
It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The receptionist and nurse were excellent and so nice. The doctor was awesome and great with my kid, especially explaining things to him.
Second visit so far, once for myself and once for a family member. As always everyone is so warm and kind. They actually take the time to treat you like a human being instead of an insurance claim like so many others in healthcare. As someone with medical training I feel comfortable every time I am here and definitely will continue to receive care here whenever urgently needed. Cute and classy too and like I said, they make you feel human and even if you’re unwell they make sure to instill joy into the environment. ?
