THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I cannot thank Laura and The Parma Flower Shop enough for rectifying an order that I Thought, I ordered. Laura worked well after closing time to get my flowers and wind chime to the funeral home and then the Church for the next day. Everyone there said the flowers were beautiful and the wind chimes sounded soothing. Laura went above and beyond to satisfy my order and I can't thank her enough. If you ever need Flowers for ANY occasion, please call the Parma Flower Shop, you won't be disappointed in the Flowers, the Service, or the Price!!!

The Parma Flower Shop was most amazing and went above and beyond to help me out for a funeral in which I thought I ordered flowers and a wind chime. Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the funeral but others there text me and said they didn't see any flowers from our Choir. After calling the flower shop (way after hours), Miss Laura answered the phone and quickly calmed me down and listened to my story and simply asked, "What did you order"? I didn't get to say much more because she said she'll work on them right then and have them for the viewing and funeral service ASAP. My friends at the funeral text me when the flowers arrived and said they were the most beautiful arrangement...read full review
