Dr Taj is a very warm and welcoming therapist that took care of how I felt, we talked and worked through a bit of what I was going through and showed that They cared, I plan to go back when I can but it's definitely a place I recommend for anyone seeking help especially for my LGBTQ and other identifying peoples ?
I have been seeing Dr. Taj for about two years now after starting EMDR therapy to address a bizarre and sudden phobia I developed that impacted my ability to work. That issue has been completely resolved and we are now exploring other areas in my life that can use work. I would definitely recommend the practice. Staff is caring, down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and inclusive.
Kindred Harbor is one of the warmest and most accepting mental health clinics I've ever come in contact with. My therapist, Taj, is a caring and genuine human being as well as extremely intelligent and knowledgeable regarding her profession. She helped me by uncovering issues that others had missed for years. I am so happy I found them! 5 stars!
