Recently my hot water tank had to be replaced I called Arco Comfort Air & Invisible Excavation in the morning they were able to come out and replace it the same day! Richard Dudley was my technician he did an awesome job he is very skilled in his craft along with making sure I understood what was being done and why. Answering my many questions. Rich even made sure the job site was clean after the job was done! I appreciate that so much. LoopHis customer service skill should be acknowledged by Arco/Invisible Excavation! Thank you Rich ?
Calling Invisible Excavations, the young ladies in the office were very pleasant & helpful. Whenever we left a message for Phil K, it was relayed to him quickly. The experience my wife & I had with Invisible Excavations & especially with Phil was a very positive one. He was knowledgeable, courteous & honest. His attention to detail & his explanation of our sewer problem was easy to understand. Since the job requires excavating, Phil assured us our yard would be treated as if it were his own. Invisible Excavations is very fortunate to have Phil on the sales team, representing their company.
Ben came through for me AGAIN! He came out to fix another contractor's screw up and it's finally fixed! I was sure I'd have to replace my floors after all this, but we caught it on time. You've got a real one with Ben! Thanks for everything! If there was one thing that could have made it better, it would have been free! ? ?? that was painful!! But also, he took with him the remaining copper hose, which is where all the cost came in. I needed about 1/4 of what he bought. That was a huge blow to my wallet, and Frankly unnecessary.
