I wished I would have seen the other comments prior to my appointment!
Joe's customer service is next to nothing! I ordered two pair of glasses from him. When he was helping me it was if it was a bother! Was told it takes two weeks for glasses to come in. After a month of not hearing anything, I call and was told that one pair had been in. Was told to come in anytime and pick them up. When I arrived staff was taken back because I didn't have an appointment! Joe brings my glasses out doesn't say have a seat and see how they fit. He proceeds to hand them to me. Dr. Dowd is the friendliest and nicest doctor I've ever seen. Always informative and answers all questions. And the office staff ladies are the best in the world. Always asked how things are going and always smiling.

I went with my husband to his appt. While waiting I looked at frames and was going to order a new pair, but then I found out I hadn't had an exam for 2 years. They were able to work me in so that I was able to have my exam and order a new pair of glasses!
