I had such a kind experience with Joe. He was so caring, empathetic and took care of my needs. I lost my husband of 27 years unexpectedly and never had to deal with a Funeral home before he explained everything, gave me time and even provided water, juice and snacks. If I could give Joe more than 5 stars I would. The front desk lady was so kind and even listened to me when I called being so devastated. 10/10
Very professional but also very empathetic to my loss. Marie explained all my options in great detail. The team at Busch treated me, my family and my departed husband with kindness and respect and guided me not only through the funeral and burial process but also with information on what to do following the funeral and burial. I would highly recommend them to take care of planning services for loved ones.
Busch Funeral Home in Parma made the process of planning for my mother’s funeral so effortless. Everyone was so nice and caring. I did not feel just like another customer. I’m thankful to them for being so supportive and understanding of my mother’s wants for her wake and funeral and for helping me decide on some of the little things. This was a very emotional and stressful time and they went above and beyond what my expectations were. Thank you.
