Amazing service! We had a small area that a cat scratched up. I called 616 and received a quote after sending a picture. They scheduled the appointment, communicated the day of to let me know they were on the way, and showed up on time to complete the work. The repair looks great and the service and professionalism were tremendous!! Highly recommend!

Fred and his team are amazing! I had a tenant move out of my unit that had horrific dog and cat smell throughout the carpet. His team was thorough and even gave future advice with animal odor. Carpets look brand new as well! Followed up to make sure we were satisfied multiple times. Very knowledgeable and HIGHLY recommend!! Also had them clean upholstery in my own house and couch looks and smells new. Great work at 616!

616 Carpet Repair Service did a awesome job! The crew got stains out that nobody else could do. Dan & Devon are a wonderful team. I would rather support a small local company than these companies that advertise on tv. Fred will also answer the phone immediately.
