UPDATED: I dont know what the negative reviews are about, but I've been coming here for years now and everyone has been incredibly kind. I have a counselor, nurse, and psychiatrist who have all been welcoming, nice, and informative. I'm glad I came here because the staff has been quick to help with questions regarding my prescriptions. They also offer medical tests for stds and dental care which I didnt know before.
Im happy to be on the sliding scale and that this place offers affordable care for the working class and marginalized. Signature will help! :]
I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I have been to so many dentists over the years and I hate going. I started going to signature health dental office when they opened and everyone that works in there from the gentleman checking you in to the lady cleaning your teeth the dental assistant are amazing. And the dentists her self is kind and sweet and made a very painful last few months liveable. Teeth most dentists would just pulled she has saved. Now I'm taking my daughters there. My oldest has a bilateral clef pallet and lip. And my 6 year old first time at the dentists she's not scared and wants to go back. Thank you so much all of you are a blessing. 🙏
