I went to this urgent care after being told at my doc at UH that I was 2 minutes late and had to reschedule my appointment after waiting 3 months to get that appointment. What I needed was my asthma medication refilled. SO I went to this Urgent Care location, glad I did. Dr. Reid there was so caring and helpful. I received my refills from him that day, I can breath and back on track. I cannot thank him enough. Need more caring Doctors in Ohio.
I wasn’t feeling well & I was taken care of quickly. They ran tests and the strep test was positive. The nurse and CNP were so kind and efficient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a need.
Very thorough and friendly. Glad I chose this location. They had to have made changes after some of these reviews from a year ago because my experience was very different. Still don't like the computer receptionist though.
