Dr Watson lied to me about my daughters ear infection took her to another doctor a day later and they said she had puss and a terrible ear infection she denied to prescribe my infant daughter she has had to go another 24 hours uncomfortable and in pain

I went to the urgent care on Thursday night as a type one diabetic due to a fever the prior day. I sat for three and a half hours in total to be told my mother and I aren’t educated in diabetes. I have had diabetes since 14 years old and my grandmother died from being in DKA and she also had diabetes since she was 14 years old. Both of the “nurses” that helped “care” for me were not educated in type one diabetes. They did not know how to pronounce dexcom, and were not familiar with any of my medical devices that are commonly used. I took my nine year old son to the urgent care for fever of 4 days and nasty cough. The receptionist told me it would be an hour wait. I had to pick my daughter up from school at that time and asked if I could make a same day appointment. She was dismissive and told me that I had to do that on a my chart app that I did not have. I asked why I couldn't do it there at the receptionist desk. She answered by saying it's because he has never been seen before. I asked why that matters and she couldn't answer me.
