Refused to even assess my infant daughter after making us pay and wait. Not a single person even glanced at her. They just told us to leave and go to a different facility after giving us a convoluted diagnosis with no medical basis. They knew they weren't going to treat her the moment we walked through that door but they didn't send us away then, we had to pay for our child not to get looked at and wait in their dirty waiting room first. Our pediatrician is affiliated and we're considering finding a different one after this. I would rather not be associated with this facility ever again

Thought they couldn't get any worse until our recent visit when they breached HIPAA to lie to refuse treatment for our son who has leukemia. They falsely documented we told them one temperature when I KNOW what was said.Do not go here if your children have any specialized medical conditions, they are incompetent, inept, and incapable of treating such children despite their big name hospital they are a small facility with small brained doctors. Good job Crackran Childrens. Negligent

The Drs and staff here always do an amazing job. Its nice to have professionals in the area for kids! We were im and out in a timely manner too! So appreciated! Just wish there was more! Hopefully one day
