Your Review: (4 Stars)Dalton and the other two technicians were friendly, polite, respectful, fast and efficient. They did a great job, my windows look great! However, they poked holes in three of my screens, bent one of them and put one of them in backwards - Two are stuck and I can't get them out to put it in right the right way. Also, they left an extension pole behind and 3 of their rags. Someone can stop by and pick those up when in the area, just let me know. I'm only leaving a 4-star review (not 5) because they did not point out the broken and bent screens. That would have been the right thing to do. I'll mail in a check. Thank you.
We've been a customer of iDeal for years. Every time I contacted them, one of the owners came to my house, on the same day, usually within a couple hours. Today it was for a yellowjacket wasp nest near the bus stop. Gary dug up and removed the nest completely. Contact them for fast and friendly service. Thank you for helping us out again!!
WOW! The cheapest I have ever paid to have my windows cleaned inside and out! A team of 4 came, friendly and personable! Highly recommend!
