I am new to the state and needed a pcp for my 4 month old getting rsv vaccine asap. The lady that answered the phone was super sweet and helped me get set up for my appointment the very next day. So far so good for me.

I switched to Westshore because my brother in law always raved about Dr. Wagner. He was definitely right about Dr. Wagner, who takes a lot of time with each patient, does thorough exams, and really, really listens. He's exactly what a primary care provider should be. Five stars all the way. Of course, because he takes so much time with each patient, and never rushes, it's rare that appointments start or finish on time. I don't mind that, but I'm docking a star for the general administrative side. The phone system is really annoying and doesn't work as easily as it should. That's a minor point though, really, when you're getting a thoughtful and compassionate doctor.
