Selena has a calming yet positive personality that immediately sets the tone for a session at Massage and Wellness. When a specific need is mentioned, she takes great care to get to the cause of your pain. She is also very intuitive, so she will find what ails you even if you do not mention it! I highly recommend Selena. It has taken me a few weeks to post this review because I do not want her to be so busy I can't make an appointment. However, I've put my selfish behavior aside and need to tell the readers of this review...she deserves to be busy because she's so good!

Selena provides a clean and relaxing atmosphere for her clients. She really tries to understand their needs for each session and focuses on those areas. She is very considerate of their pressure threshold so the client is always comfortable. It’s easy to schedule appointments and she’s very responsive to any inquiries.

I've lived with cervical and upper back pain from anxiety as long as I can remember. These last coupla years, it really just got unbearable. About 3 months ago I finally made my first appt. If you're reading this, you probably are in pain and searching for solutions. I can't recommend Selena enough and you can make your appt right on the website. Which my anxiety always really appreciates! Since the start, I notice little simple things I can do now, that I haven't for years. Like, being able to just use my neck to turn and see my blindspot! She knows what she's doing medically, but also has a calming, positive energy that makes me feel relaxed. I fall asleep more times...read full review
