“Literally the best dentist I’ve been to in a long long time. She’s nice too. I went to Hyland dental before her and they wouldn’t clean my teeth. She not only cleaned my teeth she also gave me thorough run down of what I needed and how much it’ll cost me and my insurance! “For years I struggled with bad teeth and couldn't smile. I lost who I was and didn't want dentures and was so tired of partials. They never fit right, hurt my mouth, so I would get them and never wear them. My friend Glenda introduced me to Dr Marshall on Abbe rd in Elyria. I had a consultation and wasn't sure if I could afford to get the permanent full mouth dental implants like I really wanted. I wanted them so bad and I figured it out. Shelly was a huge help. Janelle is the best. I love them all. My theory is, if theres a will, there's definitely a way! I went in in October 2023 for the surgery. It was painless. They put temporaries in until they make sure you absolutely love them. They make adjustments, little or big changes too. I was so picky how I wanted mine and sometimes his advice was better than mine. I made alot of changes, and mostly went back to what his suggestions were. But threw every step of the way he made sure I was happy and received the look I was achieving. Also the feel. Well, today I got my permanent ones. I cannot tell you enough how great they feel. I am so happy that I can smile again with confidence. They feel like glass. Its like having perfect real teeth back. This entire process has been so nice because Dr Jay and his team were so good to me. With patience like you have never seen. They made sure I was completely satisfied and did everything they could to help me along the way. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile. Hugs to you all!“

“I’m 43 and have moved around a lot in my time. I’ve seen many dentists but none have been as caring or honest as Dr. O’Sullivan! He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know. So happy he has taken over the whole dentistry!“

“I am beyond grateful to the team at Plas Family Dental. During a cleaning Daisy noticed a spot on my tongue. Dr. Plas looked at it and recommended some treatment and during the follow up as it has not improved, recommend following up with my primary care physician. It was a pre cancerous spot! It has been removed and everything looks good, but beyond thankful for it being spotted and recommended to follow up! I am also the worst dental patient. The entire office will put you at ease. And pricy, unnecessary treatments are not recommended. Dr. Plas is very honest if he believes something will actually help you, not sales.“
