Jason and the wonderful ladies at the front desk were beyond kind and welcoming. Jason was very straightforward and didn’t try to take advantage of what can be a sensitive matter. The tech was very sweet as well and made the process a breeze.
Just 4 stars due to the construction going on and the almost never empty parking garage! Besides all that the staff is very nice and welcoming. They get you in and out within an hour or less once your baby has their helmet. They fully gave me the whole ordeal about why my child needed the helmet. I go every two weeks for my child check up and they let me know how everything looks and what we’re looking forward to.
This place is awesome! The staff is always so helpful during the appointments and over the phone.
