*Update of the review below. Since leaving my review, I have spoken with the North Olmsted Vision Center manager. Tiffany was very pleasant and kind. She will be issuing a Walmart Gift Card for $75 that I can use toward having my glasses made at another store. I am changing my rating based on her willingness to go above and beyond for me. I really appreciate it.I have also corrected my original review. I went in looking for a reasonable priced frame, I had been to many other places looking. Erin helped me decide on a few I liked. Noone there tried talking me into more expensive lenses or frames. She informed me the glasses would be in 7 to 10 days..got them in 6. I am very happy with the service she provided. The frames and lenses come with a 1 year warranty if they break. I do highly recommend looking here for your eyewear needs.

I dont I understand how so many people are having issues here. I've been here mutiple times for mutiple exams, and have bought many contacts from this location. Also a new set of glasses. When I've been in the office, I've gotten treated respectfully, any question I have gets answered with the upmost professionalism. I haven't had one bad visit here for years. This is my place to go and will be for years to come.
