I had such a positive experience. Dr Barkan was so nice, took her time & did a thorough eye exam. Erin made my appointment, helped me order my glasses & took care of me when I picked them up. She couldn't have been any nicer. Oh & my glasses were ready in just 3 days! I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you for all your help.
Went there with my 1 1/2 yr old glasses to use them for my new lenses and I was told they couldn't use them. They were in great shape and would have only had to pay $10 to use them instead of buying their glasses. I think they just advertise that to get you in there just to tell you no they can't and you then have to buy new ones.
*Update of the review below. Since leaving my review, I have spoken with the North Olmsted Vision Center manager. Tiffany was very pleasant and kind. She will be issuing a Walmart Gift Card for $75 that I can use toward having my glasses made at another store. I am changing my rating based on her willingness to go above and beyond for me. I really appreciate it.I have also corrected my original review.
