Bill Piar was an amazing resource for me during the home buying process! He explains everything in detail and provides an informational home book that you can refer back to to educate yourself in the process. I greatly appreciated this “extra” as a first time time buyer. Bill as been doing home inspections for over 30 years and it clearly shows through his extensive knowledge. He also works independently (not through realtors) so you can trust that he is working for you! I plan to use Bill’s services agin in the future and I highly recommend Bill to anyone going through the home buying process.
