I have a beautiful new kitchen, foyer and hallway floor and it’s all thanks to Joseph MATA at the North Olmsted store. Thru no fault of his own, the person I placed my order with quit. Then the one who replaced him also quit. By the time Joseph MATA was able to discern what fell thru the cracks, we were three salespeople in and I was losing hope I would get my order as I needed. He search all the stores to find my missing items that were holding up installation, which already had an install date. It was a nightmare with no end in sight. I used Lumber Liquidators in the past and had nothing but a great customer service experience. This time, l dealt with Carson Hefner, at the North Olmsted store. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting and recommending different wood flooring options that met our needs. I highly recommend this store.

I was overly pleased with the help I received from Angelo with the ordering we needed. Prices were already very reasonable, but he let us know about a promotion they were having that helped tremendously with the job we have!
