Horrible place !!! Sit and wait a half hour while they stand around. Have attitude. And dont even acknowledge you. Dont do a good job not woth the money

I’ve been going to this place for me and my son for years. I have felt like the $25 per base cut is a little pricey for our clipper cuts, but they do a reasonable job. Thursday was the first time I went where price is now 28.50. However, all the tvs were disconnected from their cable service so no sports were on. Additionally, the past several times in a row (at least 3 months) that I’ve come, someone has had to “emergently leave”, leaving just one stylist. Emily was awesome! She did everything she could single-handedly, and gave 2 of the best cuts I’ve gotten in a while. But my son and I tied her up for 1.5+ hours and others showed up to wait even longer. There should never be fewer than 2 stylists if you are accepting walk-ins.

So it begs the question, no sports on, low staffing causing a lot of wait, the furniture is showing a lot of wear, what am I paying extra for now? Going to start looking for other options.
