I brought my new Cadillac Escalade Blackout to Freedom Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coatings after I noticed swirls starting to appear in the black paint.
First off: Ryan is awesome! He's also a Vet. He carefully explained how they chemically strip the car, even the wheels, before applying the ceramic coating. He told me about the whole process ahead of time, and I was surprised by how complex it was to do a first class job. Ryan had my car for two days, allowing time for the coating to harden.
