The appointment was set with an explanation that an estimate would be provided and if acceptable, they would clean that day. They showed up promptly, quickly measured the rooms and provided an estimate (much more reasonable than anticipated). The two young gentlemen were efficient, careful and were willing to move even the heaviest of furniture. The result was far superior to my highest expectations. They left full care instructions as follow up and if I had any issues, I was to call them immediately to correct anything, no charge.
