First time going to Dr. VanDerPloeg and Ivy Hills Eyecare. Everyone was very friendly. My eye exam was very educational-loved the equipment technology. Dr. VanDerPloeg took the time to explain what he was seeing on my eye scans. Rick was extremely helpful and patient with my selection of glasses. It was a great experience- would highly recommend!

Literally the best eye practice I’ve been to. Dr. V and his staff are personable, professional, detailed, and fun. Dr. V spends a great deal of time explaining the health of your eyes in a manner that is easily followed.

This eye center has been used by me since they were in Eastgate Mall. The entire office is caring and dedicated to their patients. I had a blood vessel in my eye burst and they worked me in with one call, carefully checked my eyes and assured me everything would be fine. I trust this office and all of the staff completely with the care of my eyesore.
