What a great massage. Teresa listened to the particular muscles that were bothering me and spent time working on them. She does a wonderful full body, deep tissue massage. I so appreciate that she answers my questions and let’s me know what she’s doing. I am so satisfied to finally find a massage therapist!

I have seen several massage therapists over the past year since moving to the Newark area. I have extremely tight muscles in very specific areas that I haven’t been able to get worked out. The massage therapists that I had seen to prior to Teresa just weren’t able to get deep enough into the muscles. I was beginning to lose hope.I explained my issues to Teresa and asked her to go as deep into the muscle as she needed to. This is the first time I have had a massage and the therapist was able to target exactly where the problem is coming from. I am not healed yet, but I now see a light at the end of the tunnel.
