Mike was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything and provided options for fixing the issue. My husband was out of town and he talked with him about the issue and answered all questions and provided a detailed estimate of a new unit. He was here quickly accommodating my schedule thank you for your service.
My a/c unit decided to quit working so I took a chance and called on a Sunday to see what my options were. Within a few hours I had a technician at my house. Michael was very thorough and did everything humanly possible to get my unit up and running all while informing me every step of the way. Unfortunately he had to deliver some devastating news that my unit was no longer operational. All I can say is that this company went above and beyond to help us out. They genuinely care about people. They even gave me a portable ac to use until my installation was complete. Billy and his co-worker did an amazing job setting up the new unit. Nathan was fantastic from the start. Informative and honest. Very helpful and kind. Cameron was polite and explained everything they were doing as they did it. And his colleague was great as well. Everything looks to be running great and we are thankful for such fast and efficient service!
