The man that came to clean my carpet smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. He layed his jacket over my dining room chair and I had to get my hand steam cleaner out Becsuse the smell from his jacket made even my chair smell like cigarettes. After he left and the carpet dried the spot that needed treated still has a stain and odor, I will never use this company again nor do I recommend his services. I had to hire another cleaning company to shampoo my carpet again so I’m out over $100 for this. I’m very disappointed in the unprofessional manner in which he operates.

Did my rental on 10/17 it looks fantastic I was so happy when I got home. Set time for a day of drying just to be on the safe side. Very happy.

I was in a pinch and Chuck came through!!Angie’s list set me up two weeks in advance with a “professional” that I assumed was in my area..we agreed to a price, date and time and was told to remove my entire living room off the floor.I took my day off to wait.. 8:30-11:00 appt. at 8:30 I texted my professional and reiterated some directions to the property. Nothing.. at 10:30 I called Angie’s list and they said his GPS hadn’t picked up him moving from MANSFIELD since yesterday..long story short. I called Chuck and he got me in the very next day. He’s very professional and personable. His loyalty to the client and the community is unmatched. Thank you Chuck!!
