What a total shock to have 1) terrible work, 2) messy work 3) an Owner that got angry on the phone with me when I wanted to talk to him because I was questioning some of the work his men were doing as "aesthetically it was awful" - he went on a rant about how he has been a plumber forever etc etc and I'm sure he has a great business & great experience - but poor customer service and poor explanation. He called his workers behind my back to say they were not going to finish the job and they walked out leaving 2 of the 3 reasons they were here - unfinished 1) Bathroom Shower not completed, large hole (access panel in adjacent room) 2) did not complete installation of the...read full review
There working on a house across street and watched them and there very unprofessional and they were rude to neiber and parked in other driveways and blocked sidewalks and was very rude when asked to move so they could get out there driveway .looked like ruff bunch
Worst AC company I had displeasure of dealing with. Installed bad equipement, wired it wrong, won't call back or come to fix thing. All good reviews here are either family members or friends of Osbornes and Lockharts. Avoid Osborne HVAC like the plague that they are.
