“I always have a great experience at Willow Wood. I have a dog who gets very nervous going to the vet and the techs and vets are so patient with him and the front office staff are always welcoming.“

“Been going here for a couple years now and every once in a while you run into vets who make it clear they have zero intention of doing anything but the bare minimum of human interaction. The vet we saw made us feel like they did not want to be there. Will most likely be taking our cats to another clinic going forward.

“I had to let my beloved cat go today and the staff was amazing, we went in earlier in the morning to do some test I took him home to see how he would do and ultimately decided it was best to let him go, they allowed me to come back in the same day and they were incredibly comforting and understanding. The pricing for all of their services were the best I've experienced at any clinic and they were very warm and welcoming, this is definitely the right choice if your looking for primary vet!“

“I seriously can’t say enough good things about Red Maples. They are always so friendly, often remember our cats when we come in, don’t try to upcharge/ push unnecessary things, affordable compared to other vets, they answer all our questions, and often see us quickly during emergencies. Our cat Vince stopped eating/ drinking last week and after 24 hours we needed to see a vet asap, they got us into the office within 3 hours of calling. They took great care of him and ran all appropriate tests / sending us home with some meds and asked for a phone call follow up. When I called Friday saying he hadn’t improved, they offered to get us some meds that night. This is the only place we will take our boys.“
