“This is my second time coming here and I have loved both experiences. Jessica was amazing at calming nerves and talking about what she was doing throughout the appointment. It wasn't all just step-by-step, but she actually had conversations with me that I thoroughly enjoyed! The second time around, she remembered details from the previous appointment, which is really awesome that she not just rememberd me as a client, but also remembered details from my other appointment. She was very thorough and her attention to detail was pretty on point. She took the time to do her job, but also didn't waste either of our time on frivolous things. She had a job, she did it, but made it very enjoyable with amazing results!

“I have been going to Shari for the past few months and highly recommend her. I love how my lashes turn out every time and have never had a bad experience. The service is great and she works with me and my hectic schedule to get me in. She keeps notes from past appointments to know what style I like. I am semi-new to lashes and she helps work with me to make sure I like the results and gives me feedback on different type of lashes/styles. She is also extremely easy to talk to but I also feel comfortable relaxing and having my headphones in if I am tired.“

“I saw Dr. Aggarwal for my lip filler she did such an amazing job. From my consultation to my appointment day, they really take the time to explain all the options, address your wants and needs. They never made me feel like they were in a rush or that I’m just another appointment like I’ve felt before when I went to other big franchise places. “I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process.

Janice called and couldn't tell me the reasoning behind my cancellations and she was very sympathetic. Gave me credit for a 90 minute massage. I have increased my rating to a 4/5 stars due to this resolution.“
