She was helpful, patient, and very informative when explaining the locker room.The locker room was a great idea to incorporate into the Spavia experience because you leave your items behind.The waiting/detox room was the pre experience of what was to come. I really enjoyed the hot neck towels, the dimmed lights, and soft music prepared me for my best experience with Sonya!After explaining my body to Sonya she began her mystical magic with her hands. Sonya even provided me information on the best massages for my body after dealing with my aches and pains. “This salon is amazing. Gisel and her staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I love getting my monthly facials with Jenn. The subscription service allows me to get regular treatments at an affordable rate as well as try seasonal specials. And if I can't go one month, I can let someone else in my family do my appointment at no extra fee-- but really who would do that when you can get all the pampering? It's a great environment and makes me feel beautiful. Thank you! Can't wait to try the spray tan when the weather gets warmer.“

“This is my second time here and I LOVE it. I got 2 services today - a 90 minute massage from Dixie and an hour facial from Trish in preparation for my wedding. I'll use what I said to my coworker when he asked how I was doing - I felt like a glamorous unicorn. I visited a friend's shop in downtown Rochester just after and she kept staring at me and saying how I was just glowing! My massage therapist also gave me this cream for my ankle which was sore from practicing our dance - it worked WONDERS!
