A little over a year ago we found a 5 story house in Mount Adams for the purpose of gathering as a family and making memories in the city that is so special to us. In addition, John provided us with his honesty, integrity and timely estimates that meticulously detailed the work to be accomplished and separated the material and labor costs. John broke our project down into specific stages and provided an accurate timeline for the completion of each stage. This made the duration and cost manageable.
