Todd did a pre-purchase inspection for me and I was thoroughly satisfied. Communication was prompt, pricing was fair, scheduling was easy, and I had my report within two hours of the inspection. The thing I appreciated most is that he is truly an independent inspector. In the report, he provides pictures of potential problems, explains why it’s a potential problem, and it is up to you if/how to address it. Being a first time homebuyer, I was worried about an inspector getting kickbacks by recommending friends to do unnecessary repairs, but you don’t have to worry about that with Todd; he just shows you the issue and that’s that. Todd was very responsive, very thorough, and overall a nice guy - I would recommend his service to anyone. My home has a few problems and it made sense to get an inspection. He did a great job and I would hire him again should I ever need another inspection!
