We used their service for a house we bought in September. The inspector Dan was friendly but I want to point out an issue that we ran into shortly after moving into our home.

On October 23rd I went into the basement to do some work. We had just turned our heat on that day as it was starting to get cold. I smelt gas and called center point out for an emergency gas leak. Center point confirmed we had two leaks, one on a joint on the furnace line and another on the joint where the lines separate for the furnace and water heater.
