Excellent service. Manager Ian was the best! I had bad service at another location and refused to come back to vavoline. My car was due for a change and I just so happened to pass this location! I told him about my terrible experience and he fixed it! He apologized and was very very respectful. He and his assistants actually care about customers! Kudos to them!
Pulled up at 5:31 and noticed that they closed at 5:30! I told them I’d come back and they said… not a problem you are the only one we will get you in and out quickly and then can close up. They didn’t skimp on anything either. With no attitude they gladly changed my oil, went through all the checks and were very professional! Great job guys and thanks!!
