This is my 2nd time using Valvoline. Curtis and the whole team did a great job taking care of my auto needs. This location is very professional and knowledgeable. I am going to tell my friends and family to use this location. Thank you to all of the staff at Valvoline to make my day better and less stressful about my car! Definitely will be back again!
The techs were friendly and efficient. I liked that they offered extra services but did not press about it. I also liked that they showed my air filter compared to a new one so that I could make a better decision about it. Will definitely continue coming back.
Robert, the store manager, was amazing. He made me aware of all my options while his team was completing the inspection of my vehicle. My goal was just to have my oil changed, but I learned of a whole bunch of different service options for future visits. I enjoyed that I received a physical copy of not only the completed services, but also the recommended services. My experience was quick, informative, and enjoyable!
