Duncan Plumbing was the best experience I've had in dealing with plumbing repairs. Everyone I dealt with knew their job & were knowledgeable & trustworthy. I first spoke with Jessica in the office who explained & gave me options & then an accurate price quote. No surprises when time to pay the bill. Josh & Ken were a few minutes late but Jessica immediately called to advise me of their arrival time. Jesse and team have now helped me with about 4-5 needs over the past couple of years. This includes two outdoor frost free hose bib replacements, a gas valve replacement, a replacement hot water tank, and a replacement toilet. Each time I have them out, they are professional, on time, and do high quality work. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would not hesitate to have them back to help with future needs.
