I sent him pictures of the problem I was facing trying to install a toilet, replacing the one in the house which was there since 1961. He was immediately able to ascertain the problem and what was needed to repair it. I also had Jacks Plumbing which I have used in the past come and give me an estimate which exceeded Thrifty Plumbing Company by almost twice the amount. In addition, Jack's Plumbing never came in the window of time they quoted, nor did they bother to telephone me as a common courtesy - I had to call them. Thrifty Plumbing Company came within an hour and installed the flanges and toilet. He was personable and knowledgeable. He will now be the person I call for all plumbing needs. “Jan And David came out to my house for an emergency backup that was keeping us from using our plumbing. Jan showed up on time and evaluated the situation very quickly. He gave us a few options and we decided to have him cable the line and then camera the line to see what the condition the line was in. He cleared the line and when he ran the camera he found that the sewer line in the street had a separation in pipes. Because the separation was in the street I was able to call the city and have them set up a time to do repairs.
