Physical Therapy in Mentor

“My therapist is a good one, have been going to her for over 10 yrs. She does a great job of making you comfortable and heal.
I like his hands on does therapy. I'm sorry to see all the therapists that have been there for years leaving. The parking lot used to be full, no spots to park and full waiting room, now there's no one.
I wonder what is going on. They are not allowed to say anything. I don't want to see them fail but I also would like to see treatment stay the same.“

“I like my physical therapist as he's very kind and helpful but they need to have staff at the front desk later. If you try to call after 5 to schedule anything a message says they are closed, but their not. I can understand the front desk staff leaving at 6/6:30 but anything before that it is inconveniencing for patients.“
