“First time having to do physical therapy for anything and it was for a frozen shoulder. Kyle and Lisa came up with an exercise program focused on the problem. After just a few visits my range of motion had already started to increase. They constantly added new exercises to continue to improve shoulder’s movement. I’m nearing the end of treatment and can honestly say my shoulder is near 100%. They were great to work with throughout this process, listened to concerns and would adjust exercises based off your current status. I know if I ever need anything like this in the future I’ll be in great hands with them.“
