I would highly recommend Lakeshore Heating and Cooling! I am so pleased with my experience. I had trouble with my air conditioner on a hot Saturday afternoon (8/16) in August, and I sent a text to the company at 6 PM. I received a reply text from Matt S. in less than 5 minutes and he was at my house by 6:20 - he had been in the area after finishing another call. He assessed the situation and replaced the part quickly. The capacitor needed replaced as the outside ac fan wasn't starting on its own. He left my house by 6:50. I'm super impressed with the call back, the attention to detail, and that I didn't have to worry about waiting until Monday. The pricing was reasonable and I even was able to apply a coupon I found on their website! Please do reach out to this company for any HVAC needs!
